There are eleven Solar-System small bodies reported within ten lunar distances (LD) of Earth today. Newly announced risk-listed 2019 AH3 is the nearest as it leaves our planet's sphere of gravitational influence, traveling outward from 1.35 to 4.42 LD and passing the Moon at 1.43 LD.

This report was generated at 2220 UTC with the discoveries of seven close passers, two of which are approaching (see table below), another two are outbound (table above), and three have already departed. Risk-listed intruder 2019 AW2 (MPEC) passed us at about 0.4 LD* on December 28th, while 2019 AQ2 (MPEC) went by at 8.01 LD on December 26th and 2019 AT2 (MPEC) at 9.20 LD on the 29th. Today's DOU MPEC has follow-up for inbound risk-listed 2018 YQ2 and departed 2018 YY2.
